Objective

Funding for the 10,000 City Project Land Purchase, a phase 1 of our conquest of the Epe Real Estate coverage expansion.

The 100 Acre property would host smart - homes, designated Residential and Commercial zones, Parks, Sport Facilities, a Multipurpose Hall, Mall and Religious center and a Gatehouse, Solar Power and Street Light features

The 10,000 City Project will host the construction of more than 500 (Five Hundred) Buildings, spread into zones of 4 Bedroom Detached Duplexes, 3 Bedroom Detached Duplexes, 4 Bedroom Semi-Detached Duplexes, 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached Duplexes, 4 Bedroom Bungalow, 3 Bedroom Bungalow and 2 Bedroom Bungalow.

 

Opportunity

Ownership of the 100 Acres of the Land for the period of One to Two years, during which client allocation documents are signed and approved by partnering individuals and organizations as a result of the partnership.

An annual ROI (Return on Investment) of 30% (Thirty Percent), in addition to a Memorandum of Agreement between our organization and yourself, guiding the partnership during the 12 months (One year) to 24 Months (Two years)

 

Collaboration Details

Partnership: A joint venture with shared equity and profits, defining clear roles for each partner

Resource Pooling: Combined financial investments, shared expertise and technology, as well as collective marketing strategies.
